Alerts

Alerts are here to inform you of any issues that happened while using our API.

We have two types of alerts:

• Warnings, when the code flow executed without throwing errors, but had unexpected side effects (for example, in the unified API, if there is additional or missing data)
• Errors, when the code flow encountered an error and could not finish what it was tasked to do.

All the alerts will display information about why it happened, what this can involve for you when it happened, and more importantly a raw snapshot of what could be the cause of the issue.

In the example above, there was a mismatch for the HubSpot API (one variable was null when we did not expect it to be null).

Our team will always get a duplicate of warnings and errors. If this error is from our end, you do not need to warn us.

Once you have acknowledged the error, you can click on "archive", and it will disappear from the dashboard.
